      Atlanta Case Managers are treated like SLAVES!

      Pros

      Lots of free drinks during happy hours. That's all I can think of.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I don't work for free drinks. Case managers are overworked, underpaid and underappreciated. Which makes it a horrible disservice to their clients. If I referred anyone to this firm, it would be someone I disliked. You are on a constant hamster wheel called a "bonus." OR the company makes you think they are giving you a "free" yearly trip as appreciation for your hard work...but in reality it's something that you've earned 10 times over. The perpetual carrot race. I'd rather have the money.

      Worked there to pay the bills, nothing more

      Pros

      After learning curve, place becomes stable. Never massive layoffs. Holidays and happy hours (though those arent as often as they used to be).

      Cons

      Management hires inexperienced people so they can pay less, and continue to pay less when you do have the experience
