There is an extreme lack of diversity, Some staff members are too much into the bro culture that I felt was juvenile. They care more about making influencer and Tiktok style content for LinkedIn than the quality of stories and journalism ethics.

Benefits and PTO are awesome The majority of the company is full of smart and creative people

Cons

Absolutely no career development. Those that are promoted have played into the boys club culture Those in leadership positions absolutely should not be there. Continuously make poor, out-of-touch decisions, play favorites, and act/engage in toxic ways (which HR will “look into” and then never correct) Company “values” are lies
