      Pros

      Working at DBRS has opened my eyes to what working for a great company really means. DBRS cares about their employees on so many levels, both personally and on the job. The culture at the company is ideal, from outstanding work-life balance to amazing benefits, I have never been happier at a job.

      Cons

      The only con that I could think of, which is not really a con at all, is that some people may not work in the same city as their counterparts, but there are several avenues for communication which streamlines the process.

      Pros

      I moved to DBRS from a much larger organisation on the financial sector. DBRS in my opinion offers its employees with significant opportunities for growth as a professional as continues to reach new markets and cover new products.

      Cons

      Someone coming to DBRS should be prepared to be hands-on and one more in the team as it corresponds with a growing company, compared to a larger organisation.
