      Pros

      Very laid back environment and culture. Most people are friendly, helpful and nice. No pressure to work past 5:30 or weekends. Really does not feel like a stuffy or toxic environment considering its near Wall Street! Their is always new senior management joining the company which is bringing a more formal environment, more clients and better positive changes. They are really starting to grow the company.

      Cons

      Toooooo slow-paced. Lots of people hiding behind closed doors in the NYC office. Work can be dry and boring. New management is more stern and strict, combined with long-timers who do little work and leave at 4:00pm leads to an interesting mix of characters and sadly, lay-offs.
