      Pros

      - Felt that I was part of the team since the beginning, great team vibe. - Unsiloed meaning I get what I need done faster by connecting with the right people earlier in the game. - Comprehensive orientation during my first day which gave me a overall view of the company and the business / internal teams we all work with.

      Cons

      Get more involved in recruiting events within the technology industry. We need to spread the word that DBRS is a great place to work!

      Great downtown location! Virtually non existent micro management; to micro manage one would first need to care enough

      Cons

      - Agility can sometimes be considered disadvantage when lot transactional and not balanced - A young company at learning global cross-collaboration, getting there and more needed to get ahead - Capture and utilize the experiences/knowledge that people bring in, needs improvement
