Cons

Benefits are just okay. Very political company and rumors spread fast Most positions will require extensive amounts of travel. This could be a pro or a con depending on your home life.

Many training opportunities Everyone is willing to share knowledge and train others variety of customers and working locations. quality lines of machines sold. Company has a long and reputable history in the industry. Company is honest and goes above and beyond to take care of customers and support them as best as possible.

Cons

Must provide your own tools Car allowance is not enough to cover the type of vehicle and additional maintenance required for the job. Car allowance had not changed in over a decade. 1 hour of travel pay deducted daily. Travel to office is unpaid Inconsistent working hours irregular reviews and pay increases that do not keep up with inflation. Employees must threaten to leave for any kind of substantial pay increase. must wait 7 years for an additional week of vacation.
