Pros

They are pretty good to their employees. We were provided a nice lunch for the holiday. The employees are good people.

Cons

I wish there was more vacation time. The only opportunity is if you've been with the company for 7 years to get an extra week of vacation.

Pros

Good benefits. Mostly worked daily without supervision. Company is backed by corporation. Seller of a major CNC machine tool line.

Cons

Company only cares about sales. They no longer treat employees like people. They are just numbers. Management has no experience on major machine line they sell.
