- Lots of community engagement - Great coworkers and managers who really care about your well-being - Great opportunities for movement - Constant growth

Cons

Growth also makes it seem very short-staffed sometimes. It is difficult to keep up with the rapid expansion. Also, in a very small town, there is not much to do if you want to live in the area.
