Everyone knows your business, administration and management do not support or stick up for staff, weekends are basically "sit and wait" for testing.

Cons

No way to move up unless you know someone. BULLYING is out of control and management does nothing about it. Employees can write each other up- Ruin careers with lies. YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE.

SOME good co-workers, not many weekends or holidays

Cons

Picking and tormented employees that were not in the “good ol boy” club. Had some great employees who went above and beyond for patients but was fired because “ to much time spent with patients”
