Overall the organization is good. The people are friendly and you can tell they care. They are great about putting family first. The leaders care about the staff. That is a huge positive for this company. Definitely a good company.

Cons

They are behind the times on everything. The computer systems are old and outdated. The organization would be great if some changes would happen.

They make it seem like you get vacation time. Some co-workers are welcoming while others are not.

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE. It is nearly impossible to take time off. The days you do get off are national holidays but you do not get holiday pay like other companies instead they take it out of your vacation. Management is concerned with self image and care very little for employees. Just had a meeting where management wanted volunteers to present progress to the board and make it seem like we were making progress when we haven’t. We have to constantly suck up to middle management just to keep the peace. The insurance is garbage. I just paid $290 for a generic prescription. We work on Saturdays and are forced to ask patients to pay for a procedure before the actual procedure to get them to commit to the hospital for a measly $25 dollar gift card. Did I mention we get paid less than employees at fast food chains.
