Administration us following trends in healthcare that make everything about money and satisfaction scores. No real idea about what goes on in day to day operations. Short-staffed everywhere throughout the organization and it puts a real strain on every employee. Will work you way more than they say and does not have any respect for personal life/ work balance.

Looking for the next place to build. Looking for that next dollar. Looking outside the community. Lack of implementing employees with ideas for improvement. The idea stops at the manager's desk. No reason given, no followup. Lack of addressing employee concerns. Same problem has existed for over 4 years, and still management turns their back to it. If patients come in misinformed by outpatient scheduling don't you think this issue should be addressed? LACK of STAFF. When one goes vacation, it can pose a burden and undue stress on the remaining workers, Why do you not hire more staff instead of pushing the employees to the limit where mental fatigue can be a concern. Mistakes are made at this point. Physicians are immigrants. Which is not always a bad thing, but where are the Physicians BORN in the USA. My guess is that they underbid on USA physicians. Sad. SAD. WHY can admin not hire AMERICAN BORN. Are we not a farming community, with small towns, How can I relate to foreign Physicians? I want a Physician who I can have a relationship with, who knows the hardship small towns and farmers face, If you do not know someone, then do not apply. The door is closed to outsiders, unless they are foreign physicians. Sad
