Flexible schedule, PTO and holiday pay, great culture and environment, opportunities to grow within the company, MJ University (classes offered for free for employees)

Cons

During the "busy seasons" it does get busy that does lead to more time at work, (but it is compensated time)

This place is Productive and a Fun work place ! You get paid weekly , monthly uncapped commission and of course the all time COMPANY BREAKFAST. Honestly once you do your job you shouldn't have much to worry about.

Cons

Health Care isn't the greatest and they have told us they are trying to work on that ,
