I have never seen a company quite like Morris-Jenkins. I remember when I was looking into applying-- I stalked their Youtube, hoping to get a glimpse of the office space and the people working there. Fortunately, MJ is VERY active on Youtube, so I found a ton of videos. When I watched them, everyone looked so happy, and everything looked so fun! They seemed like a family. Since starting at MJ, I've learned that the videos don't lie-- their culture really is as great as it seems in the videos! Additionally, they have some nice options for food in the vending machines, they have a great break room, and management really wants to help you grow. I also really appreciate that I get a flexible schedule. I have my dad's insurance, so I can't weigh in on the comments about insurance rates.

Cons

No 401k match (I heard there used to be one, but not enough people used to contribute to their 401(k)s. Since the company is growing so fast, it might be worth reconsidering). Can't contribute to 401k until after a year of employment

Pros

Awesome Culture, Great Pay, Flexible Schedule, Good Benefits, always take care of the customer, tool account, company vehicle, great support team.

Cons

Long hours during the summer, very political in specific departments, constantly looking at sales numbers, highest priced in area (service definitely warrants prices).
