      Loved the patients however workload has extremely heavy lol Pros sign on bonus + ft hours

      Increased workload , rude supervisors, always exceeding 12 hours

      *Benefits not as good as competition especially the 401k match *Career advancement-Tons of opportunity depending on who you know, which is the saying around the company. *Perceived to still be a Good Ole' Boy company

      Forced to quit due to harassment

      Pros

      Loved my coworkers and the clients, but felt forced to quit due to being harassed at work.

      Cons

      Management complained about what other coworkers I spoke to and what I did on my lunch breaks. I would go for runs on my lunch breaks. It was a super stressful environment and I had to leave. I even got spied on at work. I called HR two times and nothing was really done and my boss retaliated. Nothing was ever done to help me. Management probably got a slap on the wrist. I did my job independently and no reason to be micromanaged.
