They blame the victims instead of addressing the problems. The managers' excuse for their behavior? “We are ghetto. That’s how we act.” Imagine working under that kind of leadership. It’s a high-pressure, thankless job where you’re expected to keep everything running smoothly while being verbally abused, ignored, and ultimately pushed to the breaking point—and when you finally break, HR pins it all on you. Patients and nurses? Management couldn’t care less about them. The priority here isn’t quality care—it’s protecting the toxic culture they’ve built.
