Lots of very smart and talented people. Clear lineage of future leaders to carry the company forward.

Cons

There is an inside track that if your not on, it’s hard to break in.

Not a Great Place for Mid-Career Transfers

Benefits are decent, people are nice

Cons

Culture is different than other GC's. There is a clear disconnect between management and employees. Work environment is weird and you must bleed blue to gain promotions. The management appears to be all Mortenson lifers and promotions for mid-career transfers is hard. There are plenty of better GC's to work for out there. I'd pass on this company.
