      Pros

      I have been with Morton Building's for almost 2 years now, & can honestly say I have finally found my fit. We are now an Employee Owned Company which provides great benefits, bonuses, competitive pay, plenty of room for advancement & so much more. It is exciting to know I am a part of a company that focuses on growth and the quality of our product!

      MBI is a great place to work and to make a career for yourself. We're 100% employee owned with a strong management TEAM that is promoting targeted growth which presents many opportunities for someone to advance within the company. MBI practices LEAN principles and promotes creative thinking to develop new and innovative ideas. This positive attitude keeps it the leader in the Post Frame Industry.

      Employee Owned I have worked for MBI for 22 years of course there have been ups and downs, but when you weigh our company against any other, I will take MBI ever time.

      In my position, I travel a lot...Part of the job though.
