Pros

I have worked at Morton Buildings for over ten years and they continue to provide great opportunities to their employees. As employee owned company we have great pay, benefits, and incentives. They provide excellent training to all departments.

Cons

As with any growing company continue to work on communication.

Lack of management, communication, workmanship, accountability, under paid workers that are building over priced buildings.
