Pros

I have worked here for 20 years and love going to work everyday. I enjoy the flexible hours, great pay, company vehicle and excellent co-workers. I am lucky to have found the company I want to retire with.

Cons

Pros

401k , short term, long term, health and dental care, sick time, bad weather time, vacation time, and these are just some of the benefits that Morton building provides. This is a true full time construction company, in that you get to work year round, not just 8 months out of the years. Safety is a big part of morton, they want you to go home to your family at the end of the day.

Cons

It is hard work at times.

Pros

Stable employer. Progressive upper management who's working hard to adapt to an ever changing market. Employee owned. Honest, hard working fellow employees. Get to meet great customers and sub contractors through this company. Lastly we really do built a wonderful product that I'm always proud of.

Cons

Sometimes we're micro-managed although that seems to be getting better.
