Pros

401k plan, health insurance, company vehicle

Cons

No personal life, we get micromanaged constantly, no reasonable raise in 5 years, way behind on cost of living, bring in a lot of temp help, salesmen are paid too much and crew guys don’t get compensated for all the work they do and all the extra paper work.
