      Pros

      They give you bonuses if you make good time on buildings. If you like to work 60 hour weeks they usually do that through warm season. Provide tools to each crew truck mostly newer dewalts. Provide decent vacation and personal time for new employees.

      Cons

      The jobs are usually managed behind closed doors. Supervisors are not up front with what the schedule for the coming months are. You usually get left feeling like your just a pawn. They have a really solid training program in writing, yet is only as good as the management that enforces the program.

      Paid well and Morton Buildings are just the best of the best

      Cons

      More bonding, because they go as fast as they can and they will run you out if you can't keep up... and when your new and in the process of learning their ways .....it's extremely overwhelming and I didn't make the cut....I completely understand why they are always in need. I would of liked to been a success story!
