Pros

knock knock...who's a there? HR...HR who is a never there when you file a grievance against your abusive manger. HR does an excellent job at protecting company image and management

Cons

Processes are a good practice in any workplace environment & you can't seem to follow-them even if you were brainwashed. Loitering the walls with propaganda will not save the company. People walk the hallways with their heads down because they are ashamed of were they work.

Pros

Pay and Paid Time Off are above average

Cons

Started 2020 with a positive and optimistic hope for a positive direction moving forward. Unfortunately, discriminatory work practices, harassment, and self induced divisiveness between employees and departments abounds and appears to be escalating. Situation almost appears to be by design but not sure how a positive outcome can be achieved under those conditions.
