Great to work with if you are friends with the manager

Cons

High-School drama. If you aren't in the manager's clique, expect to be let go for whatever reason they can find. They will treat you terribly until you feel like you are worthless yourself.

1. We have a lot of wonderful caregivers. 2. SPA desk help is amazing.

Cons

1. Inconsistent policies and favoritism. 2. Upper management that would rather lie and hide information from Caregivers than actually talk about hard things. 2. They claim not to give VIP treatment to anyone...yet do. 4. Caregivers have absolutely zero trust in decisions made by upper management. 5. They pay literally market value and are ALWAYS understaffed. 6. Health Benefits are horrible, and 401k gets tinkered with out of the blue and very terrible logic given for reasoning. 7. What bonuses? They don't exist despite more work always piled on.
