Pros

Great benefits, most departments work well together, able to understand when you take a problem directly to the top

Cons

Too many managers between the staff and the service leader. OOP max is too high for the average employee, needs to be more patient focused and less financial focused. You cannot chase money and win, you must chase the patient to help them and the money will follow.
