This organization is on the cutting edge of technology, Medicare reimbursement, and compassion based health care. The company is positioned to ADD not CUT jobs like every other hospital in this nation. I love working here and seeing the amazing changes the organization is implementing. The patient surveys speak for themselves with many in the 98th percentile. Amazing culture that gets better every day.

Cons

HUGE change, which some people do not like. If you are not passionate about people and are not a truly caring individual please do not apply here, you will not like it.
