Cons

This is not a con but is forgotten by some people... you have to work hard to earn your keep at Heartland Health. You have to have a servants heart and be compassionate to your co-workers, patients and visitors. Don't make excuses, make changes.

Beautiful facility and great medical equipment.

Cons

ER dept. has a serious attitude problem. The nurses 50% of them go through the motions and are not compassionate! ER are docs are a joke! Would prefer to hire entry level personal to keep operating budget down. Parent co. in TN. cares only about bottom line.
