Ability to help people in need. If you're in a clinical position, many opportunities exist. They will help you obtain clinical education. Pay is not bad, but could be better to stay competitive.

Cons

Tends to promote "Yes" people into management positions in which they have very little experience. Upper management style is mostly by intimidation. Definite hierarchy and pecking order...and often reminded. Information not passed down to rank & file staff. Lack of communication among departments and many are quick to blame others rather than be accountable. History of "eliminating positions" of loyal, long-term employees with great performance & track record. Many double standards established within work groups.
