      Pros

      Flexibility is great, they have many 100% remote employees. Since it's a small company there's not a lot of bureaucracy so people have a lot more autonomy to do their jobs. No micromanagement, the work environment it great.

      Cons

      The benefits aren't bad, but not great either. Only two weeks of vacation until you've been there five years.

      Pros

      The company is constantly striving to provide a fun work environment for employees and that gives it a positive, happy vibe. There are regular outings and events (trivia, shooting range, community service) as well as cookouts and other festivities. It is a big, open office environment and everyone is friendly. There is a massage therapist in the office once a week.

      Cons

      There is some confusion in the organizational structure and some roles in the organization that may be improperly filled. Although, this is common in every company.

      Pros

      Free, open and fun environment. Good people and excellent management and ownership. No complaints about anything! Hated to leave this company!

      Cons

      I honestly don't think I have anything bad to say about this company. Maybe some might say because it's small it has a bit less organization and structure of a larger company. Of course I think this is a plus because you get all the benefits like you would at a large company without all the red tape. If you want to spend all your time filling out TPS reports this is NOT the place for you! If you want to do cool stuff check them out!
