-Great low level introductory position in IT that will possibly aid in future growth in IT -Remote work is a money-saver and is very convenient -Some co-workers and very intelligent and are happy to teach others.
Cons
-Pay is not even close to what most other entry level IT positions offer -High expectations of learning the product quickly, and if you don’t, you might just get fired (hint) -Micromanaged often. -Absolutely no chance for growth or raises because -surprise- no evaluations!
Ability to work remote
Assigned Apple devices for work
Some team members are very nice and friendly

Cons
Extremely divided - employees aren’t really allowed to talk to other people in other departments or even learn about the product/business in general.

Working in an environment where you don’t get clear direction or tasks but made to feel stupid if and when you make a mistake
