Cons

Expect a lack of communication. CEO Alcyr is not a great person to work with. Ego is through the roof. Thinks he is better than everyone. Expect to do all of the work and be ready to get criticized for not brown-nosing.

Pros

-Great low level introductory position in IT that will possibly aid in future growth in IT -Remote work is a money-saver and is very convenient -Some co-workers and very intelligent and are happy to teach others.

Cons

-Pay is not even close to what most other entry level IT positions offer -High expectations of learning the product quickly, and if you don’t, you might just get fired (hint) -Micromanaged often. -Absolutely no chance for growth or raises because -surprise- no evaluations!
