Great benefits and decent pay

Cons

No raises, demanding for additional work outside the standard 40 hours, no training or references for help during the work day, management makes individual non-standard implementation for each account with no way to know other than “I just know”

Pros

Salary is greater than the average salary for the region.

Cons

Literally zero growing perspectives within the company, using old development technologies and no investment in developing any employee – and professional development is, in fact, unappreciated. There's no collaboration work –neither in the development process–, no communications between areas and autonomy is not only a forbidden word, but punished. Processes are next to non-existent and work is very disorganized, sometimes inefficient – everything relies on the whims and beliefs of the CEO.

Pros

Management is extremely supportive, no one is micro managed you are simply responsible for your tasks.

Cons

Nothing so far this is by far the best company I have worked for.
