Improving steadily

Pros

Good compensation, full commuter benefits, casual dress code, student loan forgiveness, etc. The partners have really made business development (acquiring new clients) and diversity and inclusion a priority. There is a lot of room for growth at Mothership if you are willing to work hard and take digital seriously.

Cons

I feel that in my time working here, almost all of the toxic people who made the work culture unfriendly and negative have weeded themselves out, making a lot of these reviews irrelevant. The work is definitely fast-paced and client centric. The demands that come with it can lead to long hours, particularly during the election, but I find that I work fewer hours at Mothership than other people at competitor firms do.

Pros

From the resources they provide to the structure of teams, they give you every opportunity to succeed.

Cons

Sometimes you work late hours, but that come with the territory of working in politics.
