Pros

Fun, progressive coworkers; good benefits; fast paced work during election season

Cons

My department was reorganized in February 2021; shortly after the announcement a senior leader was abruptly fired. Long story short, in January 2021 we had 14 people in the department, as of September 2021 only 4 remained. The partners and other senior leaders really bungled the reorganization and didn’t allow any input into drastically changing job descriptions. Even upon my departure upper management shrugged their shoulders at our department exodus. Beyond that, after the 2020 election the work became PAC focused and you’re pushed to go as inflammatory as possible, writing some frankly crazy things
