Pros

1. Company doesn't know how to manage money which leads to nice perks for employees

Cons

1. This place doesn't know how to manage money... which leads to extreme fluctuations in staffing (before you join, please consider this reality) 2. In fact, they have no idea what they're doing aside from their ability to write emails, send them out on time, and charge usurious fees to clients. 3. Real work and analysis is cast aside by management - impulsive decisions will dictate your day to day

Lack of professionalism

Pros

- High salaries for employees in their first jobs - Allows you to rise up quickly - Fully stocked kitchen, good benefits

Cons

- Organization is remarkably young. Managers are frequently in their first job out of college, under 25 years old. This leads to a lack of professional boundaries that seems to not improve even after hiring an "HR professional." - This lack of professional boundaries allows situations that would not be tolerated in other workplaces to continue, such as a supervisor dating someone who directly reports to him; and a manager who routinely verbally abused the young women and men working for him. - Promotions seem to be made based on who buys into company culture, not based on talent

Pros

- good benefits -lower level people are great, hardworking

Cons

If you are applying for a position here you deserve to know: They laid off 1/4 of their staff in November, promised they were doing better financially and then laid off about 10 more people in February. When I started in Jan 2022, there were about 100 people and now there are probably closer to 60? If you’re a post grad trying to get your foot in the door with politics: I can understand why this is an attractive job, I was in the same position. But I think you can do better. After a year at MS, I had completely burnt out and forgotten why I cared about politics. Unfortunately their clientele is so far removed from the actual important work, they’re just focused on making money. It’s not about effecting change, it’s about pressuring people into donating money using questionable tactics. Their wages are horrible, and you should not expect to grow within the company.
