Pros
Starting pay was competitive and vacation package is pretty good.
Cons
Management at the branch level is terrible. Manager is very gruff and not well liked by customers or employees, constantly makes inappropriate comments for the work place. Our branch also had a record year followed by the biggest month ever and somehow our bonuses were cut and they were not allowed to give us anything over a 3% raise.
