Pros

Throughout a 15 month trainee program I have built a network of what I believe to be the most talented players throughout the industry. This company is not afraid to invest dollars into the education of its employees!

Cons

There is a lot of "old-school" mentality. This is great for passing information on to the next generation, but we need to invest in newer technologies to increase the efficiency of our business.

Pros

Buying power of a big company. Fairly good benefit package. Each branch operates as its own entity.

Cons

You are just a employee number. Corporate profits seem to come first, everything else is a irrelevant. Limited name recognition for the size of the company. 99 out of 100 Americans know of NAPA (sister company of GPS parent of both) 1 out of 100 Americans have heard of Motion Industries

Pros

Great atmosphere with co-workers. Paid Holidays. Often the sales people would buy breakfast or lunch for the crew. Short staffed.

Cons

To many chiefs and not enough Indians.
