      Pros

      Motion Industries is a great company to work for. I have worked for them for over 5 years and counting. Almost everyone within the company has been here long term and in the business for a long time. That has to say something! Many different departments, locations, plenty of opportunities if you give it time.

      Cons

      It's hard to get promoted unless someone Retires, Leaves, etc. Kind of behind in the times in regards to modern technology and methods.

      Pros

      Fringe benefits, no micro management, take work home, small group of people in the building and some freedom in policies.

      Cons

      Small group of people in the building, you wear many hats. Taking work home on the weekends or having to go in on the weekends. Listening to "that's not my job" or "I didn't do that order"..
