Pros
I worked in motion under a temp agency and then got hired on. I was praised by most of my co-workers and I was getting constant recommendations to get moved up into sales. I went to work every day with a smile on my face and it was a pleasure working with them until New Management took over.
Cons
No overtime. My experience here was great until New Management took over. Whenever they took over it was a full 360 and I was miserable and stressed almost every single day and got nothing but negativity, and I know I'm a good worker because I was getting praised almost every single day for the work that I did until they took over. I was also let go from this company for false accusations and biased opinions. I think it was a personal thing that they did not like me and I feel like I was robbed of an opportunity to move forward in a good company.
