      Leaving for another job at any other company

      Cons

      Fraternizing, Poor Management, Zero Work Life Balance if you want to "succeed", unhelpful HR team, and terrible base pay with limited commision opportunities. You can make so much more money at any other agency if you are looking to get into recruiting. I never said anything but I felt my coworkers were racist?
