Business Outlook
Pros
You work with some great people. The core business model is very effective and the recruiting efforts are very good. It's flexible as far as where and when you work (some of my co-workers are taking full time salary and only working 1/2 the time).
Cons
Not a ton of organization. Leadership is non-existent. No continuity because no-one logs anything, no one does anything the same, and leadership doesn't really care.
