      If you are looking to get into recruiting, the training you will get in this organization is amazing. The training will take you through how to work with clients and candidates alike with an ability to bring out the inner sales person within

      Culture is built on a micromanagement mentality with the only target of success being what have you done for me today, not the impact you have made within the bigger picture. Very self centered type company and political. After leaving, I felt as if I left a cult.

      The worst work environment i have and will ever be in. I have never disliked my own life more than when i worked here. Micro Managing on a daily basis.
