Pros

A great place to start your recruiting career and also offers room for growth if you decide to stay. A lot of people at the company have spent 10+ years with them. -Supportive environment -An always learning atmosphere -4.5 day work weeks! -Salary, but also overtime pay.

Cons

If you're a recruiter instead of a talent advisor you're essentially in sales. That can mean a lot of stress, metrics focusing, and feeling like you can't put a hard line between work time and free time. (But that would be true of any agency recruiting position.)
