Pros

I've been here 7 years. This was a great way for me to get started in the industry and I have been able to get mentorship throughout my career. Management is strongly incentivized to make sure you're successful and learning industry best practices.

Cons

To be successful you need to be prepared to work hard. Like any job, you get more out of it the more that you put effort in. Not a great job if you are looking to clock in and clock out. Internal recruitment can give you training with less effort, but you will not learn as quickly either because it's not business critical to get you up to speed.

Cons

You have the potential to make money here but it is contingent on your work ethic.
