Management is amazing they are always helpful and appreciative and willing to help you grow. Being newly branded this company is on its way to do big things. Great work life balance and I believe employee morale is high.

Cons

Don't care for their Aetna Health Plan. Need a better onboarding protocol for new employees

We strive to keep our employees happy and engaged -- it’s all about the people! That being said, I’m sorry to hear you’re not completely satisfied with our healthcare plan and onboarding process. Our HR team keeps a pulse on the industry to ensure our Total Rewards experience remains comprehensive and competitive, and we believe the three current healthcare options we offer meet the majority of our employees’ needs. Additionally, we are working on revamping our onboarding process as we welcome a number of new employees to the team this year. 2020 was especially a challenging year for onboarding our new hires because of Covid-19 -- but we are learning, adjusting, and will get better at it.
