Pros

-Great open door policy with all senior and management staff. -Al knows everyone by name and takes the time to make conversation and ask about your kids -Work Hard, Play Hard is a common theme. Fun activities to do such as wine & cheese night, summer picnic at the Nats Stadium, bowling alley for the holiday party, food truck party, casino night etc. -beautiful new space in Rockville that encourages interaction with co-workers due to the work furniture/layout. -wonderful staff and from my experiences, everyone does lend a hand when needed.

health insurance is expensive compensation is lower than what I needed

Pros

Their paychecks don't bounce, they don't put lead in the drinking water or flourine gas in the air.

Cons

Everything else. The management doesn't care about the employees and will gladly sell them out to chase a buck.
