1. The most hardworking group of people who I have ever had the pleasure to work with. 2. An amazing CEO (I think he is now the Chairman) in Al Noshirvani who takes time to say hello and chat whenever he is in the office 3. A dynamic industry with very cool clients like Equinox, Golds Gym 4. Metro accessible 5. Free gym membership! 6. Pretty cool office space 7. Great employee get togethers 8. Upward mobility was becoming possible when I was leaving which was a big + given there was no such thing before!

1. Benefits are a bit pricey 2. Project surges that are sometimes a bit overwhelming 3. Hire more people faster
