Some good, hard working people who care.

Cons

Office affairs, people sleeping with senior leadership to pave their way into favoritism and positions of power. Lack of trust and transparency. Terrible culture.

Pros

The mid-level management is promoted from internal, so they are in touch.

Cons

Most of the executive level have no clue or concerns about the welfare or the average employee. Excessive work hours and poor planning.

Pros

* Exciting product and industry that's always evolving * Heavily focused on creating a fun work environment for employees * Tons of opportunities for growth and learning * Motivating and hard working executive leadership team * Great co-workers - I work with some of the smartest, most talented people I've ever known. We are all constantly learning and most everyone is very team oriented.

Cons

* Lots of hours - still a little bit like a start up where everyone does whatever it takes * Can be high stress at times - have to remember there are ebbs and flows * Demanding customers - we work with some of the biggest in the business and they know what they want and when they want it. Have to stroke some egos sometimes, but isn't that kind of everywhere? :) * No women in leadership roles
