Wonderful people to work with, many opportunities to change direction on what you want to do, many chances to learn something new, great working environment, and awesome teamwork.
Cons
Project deadlines sometimes tend to stack on top of each other and are not spaced far a part enough, which causes stress. Sometimes there is not enough people to manage the incoming work load in order to meet deadlines, which results in the need to work overtime constantly or for work to fall behind.
