Pros

A culture that cares. SFCG is focused on the team first. We have a methodology of "horns out" which means taking on external challenges and forging together as a unit to better the company and better ourselves. Flexible hours and flexible vacation policies allow me to adjust to life and take care of myself when needed.

Cons

With growth comes challenges. SFCG sometimes finds itself in "sprint" patterns in order to achieve the next level of growth. This can be daunting and exhausting for a period of time until the next plateau.

Cute, fat office dog Really good vacation and work flexibility Dog Days

Cons

Employees have poor temperament Dead office atmosphere Very few hires recently and lots of firings Poisonous Culture - Cliques dominate; if you are not part of it, you will get fired low morale - everyone is getting discouraged because the company inexplicably fires people and some of our most experienced Consultants have left for greener pastures

Pros

Great transition from college to the working world and it's a lot of fun working here.

Cons

If you're not one of the inside few you will quickly realize there's no real future here. The senior management loves hiring new people, but gives very little reason to stick around.
