      Pros

      Company has a good trajectory, growing in revenue and size - can’t think of a better company to switch to in PK Work from home Unlimited free snacks if you visit the office Feels meaningful to contribute to the application Generous with holidays - if a national holiday is on a weekend, they compensate it on either Friday or Monday Motive allows for independence and lets you work at your terms: only need ensure work is done, no micromanagement Work-life balance is great! The WFH helps a lot

      Cons

      Fewer add-on benefits (benefits outside of salary) - No annual bonuses - No annual tours - No special events like a concert, eid event, basant event, mango day etc - No random gifts on local special days like eid or year end (you don’t even get a bag from the company until you have spent a year) Compensation is in PKR (tax deductions are HUGE) Pls give better equipment, the wireless “noise cancellation” headphones suck Team and colleagues feel distant (even the local PK / Lahore employees) due to the lack of more opportunities to interact with colleagues
